Armchair Activist

I walked into our room yesterday afternoon and was surprised to find the husband tuned in to the infomercial channel. I was half expecting him to expound on why people typically buy whatever Mr. White Skin Perfect Teeth is selling and how those behind infomercials are able to hit home with their target market most of the time but there was nothing. An ad for several weight loss products came on and there was still silence. Slightly disturbed at his apathy, I came in for a closer look and discovered the reason behind his silence and why the TV was tuned in to where it was, the analyst was fast asleep.
