Bad weather was coming in from the West (right side of the photograph). Have a look at that blur that looks like it's touching the mountains--it had started to rain in the neighboring island, Panay.
Panay island has 4 provinces: Aklan, Antique, Capiz, and Iloilo. Boracay is part of Aklan.

Great shot! Even in a storm the sea is always inviting, fascinating. Perhaps even more so because of the brewing storm. :)
